Microsoft Exchange is adding support for virtualized servers, which increases the availability options for many customers. This whiteboard video describes how to implement Microsoft Exchange 2010 with Hyper-V’ clustering and virtualization and includes configuration details for an Exchange environment with 6000 users running on HP DL380 servers and HP P4500 iSCSI SANs.

Here is Part 1 of the more in depth look at my computer room. I just go over all of the equipment and what it does. I will be getting Part 2, 3, and if needed part 4 uploaded before Monday.
