When we do the following steps, we have found out that a removed meeting is being recreated: 1) Organizer sends a meeting to a room with a delegate for accepting or declining its meeting requests. Both calendars (organizer and room) stores the new meeting. 2) Room’s delegate receives the meeting request in behalf of the room in his Inbox, but he doesn’t pay attention to it (neither open nor select for preview in reading pane). 3) Organizer cancels the meeting. Then both calendars (organizer and room) remove the meeting. So far everything is fine. 4) When delegate opens or selects the meeting request, he can see the removed meeting in the request’s mini-calendar plugin and instantaneously the meeting appears again in room’s calendar. We have tested this in two different environments. One environment has Exchange 2007 SP1 and the other one has Exchange 2007 SP3. And it happens wheter the delegate is using Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2007. Can anybody test this in his/her own environment/lab with any version of Exchange and report wheter it happens or not?
