FalconStor CDP: Microsoft Exchange 2007 mailbox recovery, 190GB in 3 minutes – Delta restore This video demonstrates how FalconStor CDP can quickly recovery an entire Exchange mailbox database, 190 GB of message data, in less than 3 minutes. System failure of corruption can cause entire Exchange outage or individual mailbox failure. The environment used for this demonstration is a Microsoft Exchange 2007 server, Enterprise Edition, with more than 900 users and 190GB of message data. As a previously taken snapshot is leveraged for recovery, and instantly mounted, only the incremental change data (Delta Restore) needs to be updates; therefore entire recovery process is less than 5 minutes. FalconStor CDP enables similar rapid recovery for other business applications.
